I m writing to tell you my experience with TC Electronic support. I bought some time ago on Ebay a Powercore MkI that was sold in bundle with MasterX3 and Virus, but the former owner, being a Windows user, provided me all the software just in PC version. I wrote to TC support to have a link to download Virus, but this was the answer:
You will need for the current user to provide you with the DLL file for the plug-in, as it s no longer possible to download the plug-in or the installer from us
OK, I am assuming you want these plugins for Mac OS 9.
The Original PowerCore PCI will run Master X3 and other Plugins unders windows with no issues.
Under Mac OS 9; the 1.61 will be the latest bundle and all the stock plugins will run; you can also download and add Classicverb, 24/7-C
Without issues, however the Master X3 was a serialized plug that is married to a particular Powercore under Mac OS 9, so a new Master X3 has to be generated for every unique Powercore Board MK1 only, element does not run Master X3 ; so this must be obtained directly form TC, I have 6 boards and each has a unique Master X3 per board
Logged
as diehard says, they will generate you read: the former owner a new serial.
as for the files the X-3 is in the attached toast image.
finding the virus will be a bit more difficult, because that never existed for MacOS9.
btw, if the first owner bought the X.3 in a bundle, there is a chance that he has not registered his hardware. then you can do that now. i once did that with my capy.
IIO,as diehard says, they will generate you read: the former owner a new serial.
No that IS NOT what I said, you have to request a Master X3 from TC and they will generate a unique Master X3 plugin that will authorize from the serial number of your card; NOT that they will send or generate a new serial number.
Also, I am very confused, have you attached a cracked Master X3.
A VST Master X3 plugin FX from another card will NOT work as I posted above, under OS 9, it is Card specific and you cannot simple give the plugin away from another card and load it. So I really want to avoid erroneous info. in case this gets google hits; they cannot unless you modified it download your master X3 under OS 9 and have it working
haha, see, this is why i delayed asked for mine. this is really a weird method to offer free updates to existing customers.
A VST Master X3 plugin FX from another card will NOT work as I posted above, under OS 9, it is Card specific and you cannot simple give the plugin away from another card and load it.
That s exactly how the thing is.
In the plugin code aEff there is a 4k fragment generated by TC unique to each card. So each plugin is unique and only will work in the card that this plugin was generated for.
Can this be solved. probably.
Easily. Not at all, for sure.
unless
Did you tested the IIO file.
If the file has been modified cracked by IIO, this would be great info. for others that have Powercore MK1 under OS 9 still waiting for an answer
no of course not, why would i, this is a file from a retail installer.
the story is really a mystery to me. a plug-in that needs to be authorised for each of your 6 cards. are they in 6 different computers. it should be enough to have one per setup doesnt it. 2 PCI cards in one computer work as one powercore normally.
i am afraid the OP is right and this is one of the worst copyprotection and licensing schemes ever.
i always thought this became worse with powercore 2, but it seems that the later system is more liberal and better working.
except for virus, lol, where you had to pay an upgrade fee if you wanted more than 4 voices.
If you have several PowerCore in the same system the plugin only need to be authorized for be used on one of the cards.
The plugin license system have to be paired with one of the installed cards. But the DSP code can be allocated in any of the remaining cards if needed.
BTW, IIO have you any info about Virus VST PowerCore for Mac os 9. because I haven t ever see any reference to its existence.
it has never been built, and it has never been sold.
the earliest version requires a poco 2, and that should answer the question about OS9.
do you miss it.
First of all, thank you to everybody who answered me
For the Virus, it absolutely exist for Os9 because the PoCo I bought is the first version and was sold in bundle with Virus, inside the box I found a card with serial number for authorization but the problem is that TC has no link to download the plugin anymore. For the X3 there is another problem, that TC don t allow ownership transfer for PoCo mk1 so have no way because I know for sure that the card was registered already. Speaking frankly I bought the card mainly for Virus, so am very annoyed by TC behaviour, anyway managed to solve the problem the old way bought a used Virus A.
Thanks to all of you.
do you miss it.
Yes. I wish that we had more PowerCore instruments than the limited PowerCore 01 sh-101.
I remember that Novation made a PoCo version of V-Station, but listening the VST version didn t make me eager to have it.
because i am an atheist it is no problem for me to swear that i have never seen a virus for OS9. but rumor has it that i have been wrong before.
from what i know, the virus came out in january 2004 and it still supported the PCI mkI, but was OSX only. if not, then it must be the third- or fourth-last VST release or update ever. which is very unlikely for a new developer, because it was their first software product.
it was terrible, however: hanging notes, GUI trouble, parameter problems and they needed like 3 years until the multi DSP license was ready for intel mac.
the hardware is a good choice.

Virus existed for Mac Os 9, but for TDM.
Did you have a PoCo Virus VST for Mac Os 9.
As said I have a bundle PoCo Mk1/Virus, so I assumed that it was also working under Os9, well.. it seems that I was wrong, Virus and V-Station are OsX plug-ins
Thank you for your patience and support.

Multipart is the ability of manage several MIDI channels with a different instrument each one, with only one instance of the plugin. This is very important if you use huge amount of instruments, it is hard to manage a song with 16 instruments and 16 instances of the same plugin. Furthermore some Daws like Cubase are limited to 8 instruments.
The Instruments Menu is a very comfortable way of access to large libraries. EXSP and Kompakt have a very good one. While Halion one isn t hierarchical and only can accommodate 128 instruments.
With Conditional Groups I mean, key switches, and mod wheel Fades, Round Robin etc
Play from HD or Direct from Disk in NI terminology allow us to use instruments without the need to be fully uploaded to RAM. This ability is present in EXS24 in the last Mac Os 9 Logic versions so it s punctuation should grow up to 35 , but no in the VST version and In to Mach Five versions 1.2 and up.
Copy Protection scheme of MachFive is iLook based hence its bad punctuation, while Sampletank can be freely used.
So the ranking Should be:
1 Kontakt
2 Kompakt
3 Halion
4 EXSP
5 MachFive
6 Sampletank

VoxCiter
The latest VST PlugIn from those groovy guys at Prosoniq is VoxCiter - the complete solution to vocal processing. Featuring compression, gating, de-essing, parametric EQ, and even tube saturation Prosoniq also make the Roomulator reverb kit and Ambisone 3D sound system - get demo versions of these great PlugIns now or get the full version from your local Steinberg stockist.
Also be sure to check out Stephan Sprenger s Goodies Home Page
I am not going to download it to find out, but my guess is that the smaller packages are just an archived installer, while the larger one might be a copy of the disk image. The whole disk images might have interesting extras, optional installed, demos, etc.

Hi.
It would be nice to get a hold on the last version of Pluggo for Mac OS 9. Seems to be quite a nice package of plugs, and they are Pro Tools RTAS compatible as well awesomeness.
You can download the demo version, which is like the full version, only with capped playback time the sound becomes a buzzing sound after a couple of minutes of use. A serial for this would be great as well. Mirroring everything in the downloads section would be nice too, I don t really trust the wayback machine that much.
I ve been trying to find Pluggo 3 forever.
Can any members help out.
I used to have a copy on my G3 laptop back in the day. That computer died and I ve not had Pluggo since.
I found it, and I have it. Where s the FTP, so we can make it avalible to eveyone. It s a 26mb file.
supernova777
for the record Knez was given the ftp information weeks ago, why he never uploaded, i have no idea.. i will try to track it down i was looking for it in october with no success.

manuals:
System Requirements
pluggo requires:
A PowerPC Mac OS computer with System 8.6 - 9.2. A G3 or G4 processor is recommended. The number of plug-ins you can use simultaneously depends on the processor, its speed, and your available memory.
64 MB or more of memory, althought the exact amount depends on the system version and the host sequencer you re using.
At least 55 MB of hard disk space.
For MAS host applications, MOTU Audio System 2.1 and FreeMIDI 1.42 or later are required. These are not included with the Pluggo installer.
An application that hosts VST, VST 2.0, MAS, or RTAS plug-ins.
- Pro Tools 5.1 or later pluggo is not compatible with Pro Tools Free, which is based on Pro Tools version 5.0.1.
- Cubase 4.1 or later
- Digital Performer 2.5 or later 2.7 or later strongly recommended
- Vision 4.1 or later version 4.5 automation does not work with Pluggo
- Logic Audio 4.1.2 or later
- Peak 2.5 or later
- Live 1.1 or later
- Spark 1.1
pluggo does not officially support multiprocessing in host applications when running on a machine with multiple processors. However, it may work for you. If it doesn t, you can disable multiprocessing support in the host application.

Pluggo provides a framework to interface a single, native Pluggo plug-in to VST and RTAS standards. In this way, Pluggo is similar to Waves Waveshell framework. Unlike some other wrapper approaches, Pluggo does not add latency to the audio stream.
This is the last version of Pluggo compatible with the Classic versions of Mac OS.
Tested in my studio on Pro Tools TDM 5.1.3 and in Pro Tools Free 5.0.1. Runs great. Not tested with VST host applications Cubase etc.

I was pretty stoked that ChrisNova found this.
Unfortunately I m having no luck authorising it.
I m installed it on my G4 MDD and G3 iBook running it within Cubase.
Installation isn t a problem everything goes fine. I can open the plugins in Cubase no problem but do get a reminder that this is an un-authorised demo version.
When you install Pluggo it creates a folder called Pluggo Stuff which I think should be on the same drive as the host application. In this case Cubase VST/32 5.0
Inside the Pluggo Stuff folder you will find the Authorise Pluggo app.
Upon running the authoriser it tells me I need to reinstall pluggo.
I ve gone through and deleted everything related to Pluggo including all plugins, prefs, MAX/MSP folder in system folder etc etc and have reinstalled Pluggo again.
Same issue time and time again on both computers.
Any ideas anyone.
Shout out to ChrisNova for his time helping me out with this. Very much appreciated :-
off the bat im thinking perhaps u have to move this app to a differnt location and run it.
maybe.
Yes I was wondering if it was a bit like Waves etc where the folder needs to be inside a certain folder.
Strange though, as I have gone through the installation a few times now, following the onscreen prompts and the manual. Same results on 2 different systems.
Came across the same problem and solved it.
Yo must have pluggo v3.00 to register it
then v3.0.4 should work after you have done that -
use the provided serial I think it should work.
Try this one attached: I hope it works
great news Jakl. Essexboy will be pleased;D
hey Jakl I havent tested yet i will try to soon. but I just took your word for it;
I have the same problem. I previously had a runtime pluggo, and even tho I removed all traces of previous MAX and Pluggo, I have this feeling there is a stuck, invisible preference file in the preferences folder preventing the authorization operation.
There are a few of these cryptic files in my preferences folder i have no idea who they belong to, but I fear removing them for breaking something else
I certainly wish I could do without downloading the proposed version, as I have a very slow landline internet connexion.
P.O.
this 3.0.3 installer worked fine for me. serial included.
3.0.4 update:
- worked around a Logic 5 bug that caused crashes when
changing effect presets while playing.
- eliminated all the application s subfolders from the
search path --this will speed up the loading of the first
plug-in for Logic users with thousands of folders full
of samples
did we ever get 3.0.4 working.
or should i just install 3.0.3.
I m not having any luck installing these attachments. When I double click them Stuffit launches, then closes shortly after returning me to the finder. I appreciate any help as this is already taking too much of my time just get Pluggo 3.0.4 running in Pro Tools Free 5.0.1. I need to get this sorted so I can get on with making some tunes. PLZ Up a working Pluggo 3/3.0.3 that I can install register. THX.
i can assure you that the uploader dr. bu created this. sit on mac os 9.
but if you have the option to do so you might just unpack it from OSX.
also, make sure that your download is complete. with classilla there are known problems.
you might want to answer us the following questions: does your. sit have an stuff it icon. what version of stuff it you use.
we are regulary fighting over and discussing archive formats here, it is not the easiest thing as it seems.
ok first of all
make sure to install stuffit 7.0.3 1280.0
to ensure no problems with stuffit incompatibilities
after thats installed
if u return to the original web.archive post
and download the file, u will get pluggo3s.bin
downloaded..
if u click this file and press applekey/CMD-U shortcut installed by stuffit 7.0.3
this should decode the fine from macbinary to be the installer file
which will appear with an icon for the VISE installer
purple diamond icon
there are alot of small undocumented things on this site that are
regularly tripping people up.. this is one of them i think that people are unaware that they have to process
these. bin files the same way as they would a stuffit . sit file by running stuffit expander, even tho what
stuffit actually ends up doing is not unstuffing but decoding the macbinary format out into a normal mac os file
another thing that can trip some people up is the download links trying to click Save as results in downloadng a 6k
html file rather then attachment.. i do this alot by accident so i know there must be some other people doing this aswell
it would be helpful if this had some reminder not to try to save as on the download link
anyway.. let us know how u make out with the pluggo install
attached selfmounting image
ok wait - i thought this was the full 3.0.4 pluggo
it seems to be just the demo.
i thought pluggo had been made free at the end of its lifecycle.
perhaps im mistaken.. confusing it for another package
i dont have much experience with pluggo i must admit
i have been meaning to explore the pluggo plugs but havent
is there any list of the top pluggos.
it installs with a base of plugs that u can download add to am i right.
how do u differentiate between playable instruments effects pluggos.
i will test Dr Bu s installer as i have a feeling this is not a demo version
Last Edit: August 08, 2014, :12 AM by chrisNova777
Thank You for the clarification. I m using Google Chrome browser and have been right-clicking save as BUT after figuring this out, I downloaded both 3.00 3.0.3 installers again, but this time the file sizes were different than the first time I DL d both files, which added to my confusion as to whether the download was corrupt or not.
I have Pluggo 3.0.4 already installed and working EXCEPT for the same problem as EssexBoy, Pluggo bitches about being a non-authorizable demo. Am I going to need to remove this before reverting to 3.0.3 or 3.
I believe I m using Stuffit Deluxe 7.0.3 that s in Mac OS System Utilities.
I ll try the selfmounting image and let you know.
yes this is happening to ALOT of people i think. the downloads are not corrupt u are actually downloading pure text html if u try to do save as on the link, not the file, but the file linking TO THE FILE.
i have just realized that it needs to be clarified but i didnt want to tell diehard mactron to edit every single
DOWNLOAD LINK :
to add : must click link, do not right click and save as or the dl wont work properly
or some other annotation indicating that if u do this, u end up getting an html file and not the file u need.I have Pluggo 3.0.4 already installed and working EXCEPT for the same problem as EssexBoy, Pluggo bitches about being a non-authorizable demo. Am I going to need to remove this before reverting to 3.0.3 or 3.
yes it is a demo.. the 3.03 file that drbu posted should be the full real deal..
we need to get a confirmed working pluggo posted in the dls
i think the reason we havent is that the admins here think this pluggo is a joke
and not worthy of attention; lol
but looks can be deceiving
Last Edit: August 08, 2014, :45 PM by chrisNova777
i think the reason we havent is that the admins here think this pluggo is a joke
Yes, that s my opinion. But it doesn t matter. I ll put a download post if somebody can tell me what s the working file or better upload it into the FTP
If Pluggo is a joke, what would you recommend as an alternative that will work in Pro Tools Free.
There is a lot of real and great plugins around there, without needing of using those runtime s But despite my opinion:
I ll put a download post if somebody can tell me what s the working file
But I need some clarifications before to post this in to downloads section, mainly what and where is the working file- Pro Tools 5.1 or later pluggo is not compatible with Pro Tools Free, which is based on Pro Tools version 5.0.1.
.
Any way
Is this the only plugin set that work in Pro Tools Free.
why. -just curious-
and may be there is fix for pro tools free around here
it has some effects you cant find elsewhere, say like the panners and phasors.
plus it was a bargain back in the days, when i bought pluggo v 2 it was around 50 USD here in germany. waves native powerpack was 1000
and some maybe find the crappyness of it inspiring for creative work. i made songs using ONLY pluggosynth, a simple sawtooth with is not even bandlimited and the filter explodes if you move it too fast, while a real PPG and abunch of rolands were sitting right next to the computer.
if i posted that info i had read it frm someone else. . ihave never tried to use pluggo with ptfree personally
i must have read that on the digi site or in an article somewhere
ok i see its in the thread above.. yes that was a cut paste from another source.
rezxox are u going to be producing with virtual instruments.
pro tools has many rtas instruments for it..
we havent created a master list of which vsti plugins have rtas versions
something that needs to be done by a protools enthusiast here on the site
if u are going to be working with primarily vst instruments
i would suggest installing cubase and/or ableton live
these are my favourites; 100 because of the vsti compatibility
logic is also vst compatible on os9 even tho i forget this easily
digital performer pro tools can be used with vsts but there is added complication of working with vstwrappers shells which may not be somethijng u are willing to tackle
which is why i suggest using one that is 100 vst compatible..
my top choices being:
a cubase 5.1r1
b ableton live 4.14
c logic 4.81
pluggo is compatible with these 3 apps
u can aways export your tracks to wav or aif and reimport into ptfree if compatibility with other pt users is what u are after

rezxox are u going to be producing with virtual instruments.
Please let me explain why I wish to use Pro Tools Free 5.0.1. I read online that PT Free requires a Mac AGP G4 with built-in sound. As it happens, I had one lying around from a University auction purchase. Loaded it up with 1GB RAM and OS 9.2.2. and installed Pro Tools Free 5.0.1. As I mainly use hardware, my thought was that I could use this Mac as a 2-TRk recorder with some cools plugins to process my outboard gear. That s when i found Pluggo 3.0.4 on macintoshgarden.com. Then transfer these audio files to my hardware samplers via Recycle 2.0. if u are going to be working with primarily vst instruments
I do use VST s, but on other more capable machines running Live, Reason, etc. I mainly want to utilize this lowly Mac G4 and that is why I chose Pro Tools Free 5.0.1. Since I already have Pluggo 3.0.4 installed and there are A LOT of COOL plugins, I d like to get this sorted before moving on to other installations. OR, should I just remove pluggo and install WAVES 4.0. I have some other AudioSuite plugins currently working BUT unfortunately these are not realtime RTAS : Serato Pitch N Time, Wave Mechanics Speed. I also read that BombFactory will not work in Pro Tools Free, but I managed to get the LA-2A and 1176 and the MoogerFooger LowPass and RingMod RTAS plugins to show up in the file menu but when I select them they need authorization.
Again, to recap, I mainly want to use PT Free as a 2-TRK 1-TRK MONO recorder with a lot of useful plugins to process outboard gear mainly rhythm tracks and samplers.
whats the cpu on the agp g4.. 400mhz. 450mhz. or higher.
i would guess 400 or even 350mhz because u say lowly; heheh
well i have another agp g4 450mhz here that i could try this out with to help u
u arent limited to protools free by any means..
u could use any software on the site..
ableton live digital performer cubase
or even an old version of logic
you have many choices.. there is not right answer
its all personal preference familiarity.
most will support processing plugins
and recording via the soundmanager 3.5mm input
if u want to use protools by all means use protools..
tbh we dont have anyone here that is using pro tools free to be
your go to person at the moment.. all of our enthusiasts who claim to love
mac os 9 so much in reality use newer versions.
so i might have to help u figure this out myself
i see.. so you plan on jamming live and then going back and sampling your live playing to use in studio production.. smart idea.
amazing thanks for your presence here metro.
Meet the vocoder s bigger brother: the Audio Morpher. Those of you who remember the release of the Hartmann Neuron synthesizer reviewed in SOS August 2003 will be interested to hear that Prosoniq have incorporated elements of its signal-processing power into a bite-sized VST plug-in. In short, this nifty little processor from Prosoniq analyses and resynthesises two input signals, before allowing you to morph smoothly between them, in real time. The process is based on a discrete wavelet transform a method used to analyse the wavelet and scale functions of each input signal before its resynthesis and morphing and the resulting sound is a crossbreed between the acoustic properties of each signal.
plugins Prosoniq Morph
Installation and authorisation is a simple process, after which Morph can be opened inside your VST host as an insert or send effect. Routing signal to Morph, on the other hand, is not so intuitive. The manual suggests starting with a stereo file, where the left channel is signal A and the right channel is signal B. Morph is then loaded as an insert on the stereo channel. In most cases this stereo file would have to be prepared in an audio editor from two sources beforehand. The alternative is to route two channels, panned left and right, to a stereo buss, with Morph as an insert on the buss. Unfortunately this means that it s not possible to perform stereo-to-stereo morphs, which would be fantastic for DJ users. Prosoniq attribute this to the constraints of the VST system, and tell me that it will be improved upon in forthcoming revisions when the VST architecture can keep up.
The interface itself is simple to use, with a wet/dry level control for each channel, solo buttons, and a moveable ball in the centre which defines the balance and characteristics of the morph. MIDI control data can be used to control this, but the plug-in is also fully automatable, making a gradual morph between two sounds easy to achieve. Sound designers ears should also be pricking up, as Morph makes creating new instruments and soundscapes possible how about a flute/piano/tropical disease hybrid, the fluano.
Morph also incorporates a basic reverb, which has been kept simple to avoid processor strain; the quality of the reverb is thus slightly lacking, but nonetheless useful for previewing sounds. Of course there is nothing to stop you loading up your favourite, processor-hungry reverb, after Morph in the signal path. That said, I tested Morph in Cubase SX with a G4 iBook, and found it to be reasonably economical with processing power.
Of course, what we really care about is how it sounds and the good news is that it sounds great. Morph s perceptual analysis technique creates an interestingly musical output in comparison with that of a traditional vocoder, and sounds vastly different to a simple crossfade. You can hear various example files on Prosoniq s web site, and in the course of my testing I found that even two discordant sources could produce a consistently musical product. Interestingly, this is achieved through the implementation of a neural network a hierarchy of listener perceptions within Morph presumably based on the resynthesis technology developed for the Neuron, which also used neural networks to help achieve its sounds.
In conclusion, if you re looking for a way to spice up your composition, production, or sound-design work, Morph might be just the thing, and with a freely downloadable demo available, you really have no excuse not to check it out. Duncan Williamson

NI Kompakt against Steinberg Halion:
Halion is a good and full sampler and Kompakt is way better as an advanced sample player, letting the full sampler creation to his big broder Kontakt.
But, what of those are best in terms of CPU and RAM usage. ie number of instruments and polyphony.
I ve run both samplers in Cubase in the same computer and with the same sampled instruments group.
The results in brief: Halion has double the power of Kompakt.
This are the data:
Polyphony
Time to Load Sec
RAM MB
Kompakt DFD
38
19
350
51
46
750
Halion DFD
76
15
The polyphony is the maximum achievable with this full setup. DFD means the samples are loaded in to RAM, just in part, the remaining part is loaded Direct From Disk.
Halion is very efficient with this technique. I couldn t achieve any benefit disabling it.
This picture show us the Cubase RAM load with Halion the short bar and with Kompakt without DFD the larger bar
And below we have a Kompakt and Halion snapshot showing the same instruments. We have to open two instances of Kompakt to accommodate the 16 instruments. Those instruments were chosen randomly between the lowest RAM usage ones.
double is alot
Ahhhh I knew you would defect and come the HALion camp sooner or laterlol
now im just waiting for u guys to switch to ableton live;
Chris, Can you take some SF2 soundfonts or AKAI and compare the sampler of ableton I guess you use the REASON sampler rewired with halion. Or Ableton has an Own sampler.
It seems that HALion is the Winner.
To be fair we ALL should use the same MIDI file and test in different scenarios. To achieve that we need a test from SF2 or SampleCell or AKAI S1000/3000.
I believe in the Logic 6.x / EXS 24mk2 combo. In fact, was one of the latest combos Seq/Sampler.
I am not sure if MacTron is dealing with a Logic version 4.x.
My test machine is not from M.A.R.L. It will be a Dual Ghz 2Mg Cache/Proc with 1 Gig Ram, a more common machine for a Studio. Offtopic: Do You really use MDD in Studios. How you avoid the wind-tunnel in your Mic
It is know that DieHard and MacTron are very in Single Processors machines for OS9. Most Logic users have dual machines. In fact a LOT of Logic owners moved to G5s
Looking for MacOS 9.2.4
ableton 4 supports all vst plugins
u can just load halion or kontakt directly
no need for reason via rewire but that works too
and ive used nn-xt nn19 alot more then i have used kontakt i will admit
but ableton live is like one big sampler itself thats why i love it;
mactron didnt say anything about exs24 from what i can see
mactron doesnt like logic or live.. he is cubase totalitarian;
mactron didnt say anything about exs24 from what i can see
I d explained this several times:
I was a Emagic Logic version 3x user in the 68k era. I never liked the interface, but what was totally unacceptable to me was the dongle real or virtual on versions 4.x onwards. At the same time put my eyes in to Cubase 4.0 and his VST technology and Logic never more
Further more, the very bad impressions I have about Logic and EXS memory management further keep me away from them. So, even I ll be interested in the results, the Emagic/Apple Logic test should be done by Logic users, not me.
And in brief about Ableton Live: it don t fit at all in my working flow.
mactron relax; this was humour;
everyone is free to have their own opinion.
and everyone is more familiar with certain software then others..
we are human:
though some of us aspire to be super-human heheh
Hmmmthat s interesting. I love the simplicity of Kompakt but double polyphony can t be ignored.
Are the stability issues with Halion and other VSTI s solved in v2. I ve quit using Halion v1 because of the multiple crashes it was causing.
Powermac g4 933mhz quicksilver
arjen_1
the stability issues u speak of are definately related to the crack and those instabilities would obv not be present in a real copy of halion 1 or halion 2 so the problem/fault is on a bad crack.. not halion itself
I m agree. Are the stability issues with Halion and other VSTI s solved in v2. I ve quit using Halion v1 because of the multiple crashes it was causing.
The first impressions aren t good in the stability category.
But I don t have a full verdict, until I have done a couple of songs with massively use of Halion 2, as I do with Kompakt.
arjen_1
No there is no such thing - The Halion Disk will install correctly
as long you have installed Cubase VST32 first - there is no KRACK NEEDED.
Please get this clear - Once Cubase VST32 is installed
on your system any Proper Copy of the Halion 1 or 2 Disk should install
okay. This was always the case with my installs. Cubase VST32 was needed
to set up almost every Steinberg VST instrument even Mastering Edition Effects.
So Cubase VST32 Never tried the other versions, VST24, Score etc once installed
will open up your computer to install all the other VST instruments and some effects
without having to enter any serial number whatsoever.
The only way I could see that this would not happen is if CubaseVST32 serial
number was a KRACK serial number. Even then I don t know.
Halion v1 is very buggy yes even after the updates - Halion 2 is much more stable.
Use Halion 2 would be my advice but use a fast G4 not a G3 for Halion 2.
Anyway my 2 cents.
Let me first start by saying, back in the day, my company tested every sampler that worked on OS 9 and after deciding to standardize on Nuendo and Cubase for hosts, HALion was the clear sampler winner with both of those Hosts.
Halion 1 with updates v1.13 is very stable and I have used it for many huge projects in the past, it does have some quirks / navigational bugs, but these do not crash the system; also finding samples is a real bitch since the program or Bank may have sample paths defined as relational directories to the parent folder OR as hard-coded paths; so there are a few tricks when it comes to finding all the correct samples. also I strongly recommend always Printing a sampler track to audio once the track in finished as a standard practice with any sampler under OS 9, since it will help with project portability later and potential problems when mixing if resources are getting low due to many sampler instrument tracks.
Now as far as HALion 2 Public Beta 2.0.2 a HUGE advantage is the Global Sample Path ; this corrects finding lost samples in an instant and is very easy for newbies
Thanks for your comments. I didn t use any cracked software before.
I will give Halion 2 a try.
Greetz,
Arjen
Oh my god
what a big deception.
In the real test the results are the opposite.
I ve tested one of my songs with Orchestra and Choirs. And Halion can t go, even with choirs only.
After passing the last weeks in to finding and translating the best sample libraries to Halion
How such a radically different results can be obtained.
I have done a second real life test that keeps Halion falling against Kompakt
I can accept that Halion don t have Round Robin, the keyswichs and other conditionals are a mesh and the group edit is near to nonexistent. But now I find that it s double the power of Kompakt that even myself have proclaimed, it s the opposite
I ll make a few real test more , and I ll forget Halion once again, may be this time is forever.
can it be that you were using different buffer sizes for the host app. in the MacOS info picture you posted above you have two instances of cubase open. you were using 2 different drivers, right.
can it be that you were using different buffer sizes for the host app.
No, the buffers size are the same. in the MacOS info picture you posted above you have two instances of cubase open. you were using 2 different drivers, right.
This two Cubases are not running at the same time. The picture is just to easy compare both cases
Finally it s here:
1222.msg4891 msg4891I think I can achieve a very good use of it
Plugsound Free can be used to open most of the old version of the UVI engine based libraries . dat format. May be some of the first Mach Five libraries even.
Just rename the monolith library file alias you want to open as Plugsound Free.dat and enjoy.
If you wish to do the same to several libraries there is a different procedure with a few more steps to do:
1- With Res Edit Rename the resource aEff as you wish.
2- With HexEdit find for Plugsound Free and replace with a different string but with the same charecters length.
3- Rename the monolith library file alias you want to open with the same string you have used in 2.
and enjoy.
I ll wish to test this new trick with MSI.dat Motu Synphonic Instrument
Any news. Maybe using the Windows DAT files of PS colection.
This procedure is working and tested with most of the libraries It doesn t matter where the. dat comes from if it is for UVI engine.
Can we make a list.
I used in 2002 I think the plugsound collection and it was awesome for that time.
They were 6 CDs
I guess the list will help to have less post about UVI engine plugs
The UVI-Engine is a sample-playback audio instrument engine that works in nearly all plug-in formats.
Ultimate Sound.
Created by Ultimate Sound Bank and used in some of the leading instruments available today, the UVI-Engine comes from one very simple desire: absolute sound quality. None of the instruments using it today would have any value if they didn t sound better than most samplers and sample playback modules ever made. We re doing this by using a 32 bit floating point architecture throughout the signal path. The sound always comes first in the instruments that Ultimate Sound Bank is involved with.
Next: Flexibility
We believe that instruments are best put in a plug-in: standalone application mean too much computing and not enough music. It s also much more reliable as you don t need to synchronise applications or to use software adapters. And we don t want to leave anybody out of the party, so we ve released plug-ins that are compatible with:
Cubase, Logic Audio and other VST compatible sequencers on PC and Mac OS 9
Pro Tools RTAS on Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X
Digital Performer using the native MAS format on both mac OS 9 and Mac OS X
Logic 6 and other future hosts in Audio units format for Mac OS X
and we re now introducing direct compatibility of Ultimate Sound Bank instruments with:
Native DXi for use with Sonar, Project 5 and many others hosts
RTAS PC for use on windows Pro Tools systems
Last but not least: Simplicity
Easy to use is a key feature for us, never forgotten in our design. Being a plug-in means that your settings will be saved when you save your sequence, for instance. We also try to have as many controls visible in the same window, and encourage our UVI-Engine partners to do this too.

i ve never used sinus by r.dudas i suppose. but it is probably even lower on CPU then ioscbank as it does not support signal in.
while those are oscillator objects, sinusoids is a bit a different thing, and this first CNMAT package are some of the few third party externals i actually use from time to time.

ReFX Vanguard VSTi v1.03 MacOS9
from march 2004
New style, new sounds, new inspiration.
reFX presents VANGUARD, a new breed of virtual analog synthesizers.
VANGUARD is the long awaited replacement for your old 19 hardware gear
which will remain unused after you ve tried VANGUARD.
VANGUARD is a complete new product. reFX put all knowledge and experience
that has been collected over the past years into this projects and the
result is audible: virtual analog synthesis made a big step forward.
VANGUARD combines the good old analog synthesizer idea with the latest
technology: all analog devices of classic synthesizers are emulated by
high-quality DSP digital signal processing functions. reFX spent a lot
of time programming the synthesis functions as good as possible: the
result is a warm and rich sounding synthesizer plugin with all the
benefits of todays digital technology.
VANGUARD is more than just a simple synthesizer. It is equipped with 31
different type of oscillators, including uncommon digital oscillators with
fresh modulation options. There is also a huge selection of filters: 13
filter types are onboard with different slopes and including a new kind of
combined dual-filter variations.
In need of inspiration. No problem for VANGUARD - the trancegate and
arpeggiator can help you out. The trancegate is a 16-step gate to create
rhythmic gated patterns and the arpgeggiator comes with inspiring patterns
and several play modes. In addition to these creative tools VANGUARD is
equipped with a delay and reverb.

wait it looks like mactron was talking about nexus.
wait it looks like mactron was talking about nexus.
No we were talking about both. I hope you can find it though.
yeah i think that this was a screw up by the warez group themselves because i foudn the exact same document corrected/cahnged to say macosx instead of macos9
so it may have just been an error made long ago by someone
we have to find this..
Yep ASAP.
so there we go REFX never stopped junox2 -- it evolved into VANGUARD.
and came back with a new design.. to avoid the copyright claims of roland.
i emailed mr kleps this morning asking if i could buy the vanguard for mac os 9
this might be the best synth for mac os 9 ever made..
this might be the best synth for mac os 9 ever made..
That s what I think of it
Juno X2 is the most impressive sounding VST synth ever made for Mac Os 9 but is too limited.
I always thought that Vanguard isn t so limited and if it preserve the Juno X2 sound, Vanguard MUST be the best.
like he says..
reFX presents VANGUARD, a new breed of virtual analog synthesizers. VANGUARD is the long awaited replacement for your old 19 hardware gear which you will never us again after you have tried VANGUARD.
i hope he write me back and say yes but i have a feeling it will be a no.
i hope he write me back and say yes but i have a feeling it will be a no.
Hope so. This would be a killer. I ve been searching for it quite a while now. It s one of those mysteries.
Would be awesome if they would sell it or give it away.
pretty sure he would not give it away;
so the junox2 became-- vanguard
and the delta III became -- alpha
i think -- i think albino is related to alpha too. except with help frm rob papen.

this is macso9lives.com not macosxlives.com
are u confused.
mactron is going to delete you
To use another machine to run a Keygen is allowed under DieHard terms.
we dont have the actual app dude.. thats the problem lol
do u have it.
it has really nice filters, but that probably has something to do with the filters originally not beeing by refx.
he seems to have lended them by a colleague and they ended up shouting at each other in the kvr forums.
are you satisfied with the envelope. i prefer to use gate plug-ins with it instead of the ADSR.
vanguard. . is not really better, but thats just an opinion.
I have just registered in reFX and asked them for the demo file. I submited a ticket. I think we should be asking them for the demo until it appears.
LOL
I don t use it, because is too limited.vanguard. . is not really better, but thats just an opinion.
I m not lucky enough to have tested Vanguard.
Do you think that Vanguard is less limited. ie, it allow more variety of sounds.
vanguard. . is not really better, but thats just an opinion.
to quote the homepage of a basic premise that states opinions are like a holes everybody has one.
more variety maybe, but not the sound of the blue monster baby. it is like, you know, microwave I and microwave II. another unnecessary upgrade, where you automatically go back to the original after 2 minutes, and you just cant explain why.
I have just registered in reFX and asked them for the demo file. I submited a ticket. I think we should be asking them for the demo until it appears.
In Wayback Machine I see there were a version for OS9, but the download in not available, but every other os does.
Could you send me the MacOS9Demo from vanguard.
Hi there,
No I m afraid that this isn t possible. The images that you ve attached are over a decade old, and I ve afraid that we don t offer such a version of Vanguard any longer.
If you would like to try the Vanguard demo for OSX, you can use the following download link to obtain this demo:
Regards,
JessicaI am more interested in the OS9 version as my setup is Os9 based.
would you be a lamb and ask the old guy in the office is he had in a floppy.
I though reFX would have it in their archivesJessica
Hi again,
No, I m afraid that this isn t possible. I m afraid that we don t archive old versions of Vanguard from so long ago.
Jessica
WOW
quadrasid, vanguard, slayer
i told you.. they wont talk about mac os 9.. its too ancient to them, they think its not worth even talking about
as do most people who went to osx.. they think 9 was horrible ancient history not worth it..they think its valueless
maybe they purposely removed this file back then to hide some failure.

well, I have all the pieces of two MDD s all around me several CPU modules and a hot iron solder due to my overclocking activities
So in short: Vanguard is one of the best virtual synth for Mac os 9.
I thought Vanguard Will be the best, but it is not. Any way it is one of the 4 best
I had to read the user manual to see all his capabilities, but the first impression is that it has the best quality sound but it takes a lot of CPU power.
My first virtual synth of choice is NI FM7. Vanguard have to fight against impOSCar to the second place IMHO.
Let s going to read the user manual.
BTW, I m really surprised with PlastiCZ: simplicity and impressive sound.
hrhr, my number 1 is the PPG, as it is my default placeholder. synth due to its low CPU.
soundwise there is no doubt that imposcar and oddity are the winners on OS9.
well about vanguard my position was mentioned above. i havent used it during the last 15 years, and i think that will not change. and as it seems, some of you will also not use it to make music but rather discuss it.
btw if you remember what you said in the midi thread about simplicity thats how i look at synths and fx, too. kontakt 5 or blue 2 come with faaaaar too much options for my taste.
yes plasticz can make some really nice bass sounds. . its one of the most real analog sounding that i have heard from mac os 9
Hi,
Just tested Vanguard. I can confirm it takes lot of CPU power. However this is only at startup After a while CPU load declines same program. At startup Vanguard is buggy. In my case it doesn t produce any audio unless I load a different VSTi in slot 1 first. Then all works fine. The sound is BIG EDM style. programming by Vengeance.de No wonder this a must have for most trance producers. Should have some more presets IMHO. Definitely one of the best sounding VSTi s on OS9.
Plasticz was a surprise. I love it s simplicity and clear sound. Holds up against Vanguard too.
In other words.a great addition to my setup. Thanks guys.
and as it seems, some of you will also not use it to make music but rather discuss it.
I disagree. Just had a EDM rave with my kids. As a live synth it s kickin hardddddd. LOL
get ya some presets soon
Cool. Thanks. Let me know
thanks for the review arjen
Although high on the learning curve unless you want to use just the presets, I think Native Instruments Absynth deserves a high rating in the sound quality, stability, and uniqueness category. No other synth can produce, IMO, the variety of the sonic landscape that Absynth can from classic synths emulations to what the fuck is that sound I heard a four song demo with just Absynth and Battery and it was pretty hard to believe at the time however, I do have to mention that the synth bass lines were EQed via a real Outboard Pultec, and an outboard 1960s chamber reverb was used on many of the Lead synths parts and lastly all tracks were fed into separate Neve channel strips that I could not identify, but were turned into rack mount gearcrazy.
In the free category Crystal is a pretty cool tool to have around, even if it s just for transitional effects from one song section to another.
Native Instruments Absynth deserves a high rating
absolutely.
Update: Vanguard is almost unusable while using the first published serials. After a approx. 15 minutes the plugin stops playing like it s in time-limited demo mode. Second it randomly kills all audio with pops and clicks.
However after a second install using the second published serials. No problems at all.
Last Edit: September 09, 2014, :42 AM by arjen_1
out of curiousity
did u try the keygen that i posted. did it produce the working keys. or the non-working keys..
errr i thought i posted it.. looks like i just posted a screenshot of it
I think Native Instruments Absynth deserves a high rating in the sound quality, stability, and uniqueness category
I m totally agree with this too, but
BUT:
I don t like the sound of Arturia, CS 80, Moog nor Virsyn Tera, Cube. Fogged, no bright sound no good basses. I prefer the sound of NI Fm7, impOSCar, some reFX, or NI absynth.
This last one is in my opinion the best sounding of all VST instruments available for Mac Os 9, is a shame that it have a ugly and alien interface, and the patches always try to sound too acid to my taste.
Just an opinion.
There seem to be a lot of interesting expansion packs patches for Vanguard.
Don t know if those are compatible with our version. The official Refx expansions are:
V1 XP: Xenox Signature 1
V1 XP: Xenox Signature 2
V1 XP: Sounds of Revolution
V1 XP: Sounds of Revolution 2
V1 XP: Sounds of Revolution 3
V1 XP: Bigtone Signature
V1 XP: Bigtone Electronic Garden
V1 XP: Bigtone Silicon Frontiers
V1 XP: NextBeat Dance Basics
V1 XP: Vengeance Reloaded Vol.1
V1 XP: Vengeance Reloaded Vol.2
V1 XP: Vengeance Reloaded Vol.3
V1 XP: Synthation
V1 XP: Toxicity
V1 XP: Vengeance Part 2
Could be interesting to try
i would love to see some of the demos u guys have seen for absynth because
its never been something that ive ever got excited about
Show me the sounds make me a believer
Could be interesting to try
could be interesting to remove the space and then try these 11 and 113 more banks.

files up to 60mb can be attached to a post
see,e mactron, this is another example where i would love to learn applescript. it would be great to have a tool which can cut long names and convert them to paths. so that
:DJ Gazza Boi Intrepid Soundwave Soundbank Vol 1.fxb
would be put in a folder and be renamed lik this:
:DJ Gazza Boi Intrepid Soundwave:Soundbank Vol 1.fxb
to make it more useful on OS9 or in general
see,e mactron, this is another example where i would love to learn applescript.
I have to admit that i don t use AppleScript. But it is easy to use, AFAIK.
May be you have to be a few minutes with it
as you noticed in the other thread i got sidetracked from its speech possibilities
filesonic has been gone for a very long time. since at least 2011 surely u must know.
plus its not a good idea to be pasting warez links in our forum that is indexed by google..
i think it would be best to remove these links
this is not how we operate here up to now and would probably be a good idea to keep that sort of thing
out of discussions here
this guy IIO has me on his ignore list because hes too cool for me
so someone else better tell him this
arjen s kids can now dance daily 24/7 until christmas.
at christmas we then give him the presets for pro-52, so that he is ready for 2015.
please stop posting warez links on the forum
like i said if u want to attach a small file to the post thast fine but no links to external file sharing sites please
this has already been discussed on the vault zone re: muso thread
1556.msg6822 msg6822
it would be a much better technique to make a. sit file of these files and post that as an attachment
but no links to warez / filesharing sites please
one link is one thing..
but posting big long lists of warez type links on our board
is not what we have done here from the start
and its not the type of thing we should be doing now or in the future
Last Edit: September 10, 2014, :16 PM by chrisNova777
LOL. They will. On behalf of my two boys.many thanks.
However most of the sites are blocked and untrusted. Would prefer. sit too.
will merge it all into one later, there are probably many doubles.
There s a bundle in my FTP.
i once build an app which is similar to what NI did with kore some years later. you could build banks from presets there and collect banks into a rudimentary form of library-on-disk, os that you were able to borwse though thousands of presets and listen to them just as with the usual midi librarians. you could also mix, merge and morph presets, rename them and compare different files to get rid of doubles. my main idea was that you can use it to compile yourself custom banks from presets out of other banks.
it is too idiosyncratic and only works for myself, but maybe it would be about time that i fix this finally and make it a proper app.
can we please get these links removed from the site
half the links he posted dont even work first of all
we dont need to be indexed as a warez site by google and have out site blocked frm search results thanks to a few useless links
i cant believe i still havent tried this vst;
too busy trying to solve other mysteries.
i look forward to trying it on my RME PST card..
VERY soon
You ll be amazed. Really sounds soooo fat.
A MacOS9Lives member told me -a few weeks ago- that he have this one.
So we have to wait
BT has it for sure because hes quoted on their site as saying its the best synth hes ever used maybe it was about alchemy, but this synth IS alchemy, or what became alchemy

It is here at last.
https://www.adrive.com/public/KKSeKB/Cameleon 205000.sit
Unfortunately we only have this very problematic copy.
- Sometimes Cubase crash at Cameleon 5000 startup.
- The SN has to be inserted each time the plugin startup.
- The presets folder isn t setup correctly.
So, It works. But it seems our copy is damaged in some way or the real thing is buggy as hell
This is version 1.292, and may be there are a Mac Os 9 version up to Cameleon 5000 v1.4 or v.1.6
Let s hope we can find a better copy or a better version someday. Because this may be one of greatest synths for mac Os 9.
are u trying this on an overclocked cpu.
if so, have u tried it on a cpu that isnt overclocked.
_BT had told me this thing eats cpu cycles for breakfast..
very cpu intensive.
did the demo version ever work.
perhaps u can take files from the demo mix with the reg version to create a more stable workign version.
oh ya the demo download never worked

_BT had told me this thing eats cpu cycles for breakfast..
Only 9 notes of polyphony in the same machine where NI FM7 or NI Kompakt achieve over 100.
yep. pretty ineffeciently programmed..
u know this is exactly the same reason why i dont have the same level of respect for any programs developed after 2004. all of these apps waste cpu cycles
wasnt this widely criticized of steinberg re: their protection.
the same thing goes for websites.. there was an artform where things were done extremely efficiently due to cpu restraints but all that old knowledge went out the window when the industry was flooded with idiots who were educated by some pay to learn course Become a web designer in 1 week. type program these people didnt have the same perspective towards the work.. to make things preload properly load smoothly..
its a shame

the comparison with fm-7 is a bit unfair.
Why.
I only take into account what a virtual synths offers to me and my music, and at what price
This Cameleon 5000 offers me a great variety of sounds, from realistic to fantastic ones, plus resynthesis. all with a great sound quality. The same as FM7 without resynthesis IMHO, but this last one don t eats half of my computer with just 4 or 5 notes at the same time
I can t take Cube into account because I don t like VirSyn sound quality.
it is a bit unfair because FM synthesis needs literally no CPU, just as a kontakt sampler, because it is kind of playing samples plugs doing one additional multiplication at each operator, while resynthesis forms are quite complex processes.
if you compare the CPU hunger of cameleon against the d-16 roland sh-101 emulation you can run 2 voices of it on a G4 cameleon would look great.
No offense But I think you re confusing wavetable synth like PPG Wave or Xphraze with FM synth
Other wise, FM synth aka phase modulation is an additive synthesis of non lineal type. While Cube and CA-5000 are lineal additive synthesis, so they aren t so far away as it can be expectedif you compare the CPU hunger of cameleon against the d-16 roland sh-101 emulation
I only know the powercore SH 101 and the TC Mercury and both are lightweight especially the powercore one LOL and none are polyphonic, so
No offense But I think you re confusing wavetable synth like PPG Wave or Xphraze with FM synth

additive synthesis. phase modulation. frequency modulation. three different things. there is nothing in FM-7 which would fall under phase or additive. While Cube and CA-5000 are lineal additive synthesis, so they aren t so far away as it can be expected
the main difference between 8 operators and 1024 partials is that 1024 are 128 times more than 8 no matter if you do that with FFT, FOF, ringing filters or sampleplayers. i can upload a free copy of P-Calc if you dont trust me. I only know the powercore SH 101 and the TC Mercury and both are lightweight especially the powercore one LOL
good thinking, lets use what works. thats why i never bought cameleon.
hah, i was posting too fast. a cameleon voice uses 256 part ial s, bot 1024. but that are still many.
plus it has multimode filters and all kind of stuff which FM-7 does not have.
one simple biquad filter which is calculated in signal rate already takes about as much CPU as a whole DX-7 voice with 8 operators including feedback.
btw additive, interesting that there is no kurzweil clone yet, isnt it. the only proper additive synthesis plug i know is for TDM.
edit: no of course not at rate but only once per vector, but as signal as opposed to static.
remember the SOS Article has a inset paragraph describing this:
Is Additive Synthesis.
Mathematician Jean-Baptiste Fourier demonstrated that any repeating waveform can be reduced to a series of sine waves of different frequencies and amplitudes, superimposed on top of one another. When that waveform has a definite musical pitch, it s because the frequencies of the contributing sine waves are mathematically related, and it s this insight that inspires additive synthesis. A sampler simply records and plays back complex waveforms directly, without attempting to analyse them. Additive synthesis, by contrast, builds up a waveform by adding together sine waves, beginning with the root or fundamental frequency of a note and working up through the appropriate related frequencies known as harmonics or partials. In theory, this technique promises sounds that are realistic, yet malleable in ways that samples can never be.
Of course, it s not quite as simple as that. In order to provide a realistic recreations of real instruments, an additive synthesizer also needs some way of reproducing the unpitched noises, like the thunk of a piano hammer or the chiff of a flute, that they make in addition to their harmonically related partials. Moreover, the harmonics produced by real, physical systems don t always have precisely the relation to the fundamental frequency that theory says they should, and these discrepancies must be accounted for. Most importantly of all, an additive synthesizer needs to do more than just reproduce a snapshot of an instrument s waveform: it needs to mimic the way that waveform changes over time. As most devotees of SOS s Synth Secrets series know only too well, in most real-world sounds, the higher-frequency partials die away more quickly than the fundamental and the lower harmonics. The basic task of reproducing the harmonic content of a source sound can require 64 or even more partials, and if the sound is to evolve naturally rather than remain static, each of these must have its own envelope. Reproducing the real-world detuning of the partials and unpitched content of an instrument s sound is also no trivial matter.
this is the reason entirely for the name of the synth.. the change in waveform appearance over time like a chameleon reptile changes its color.
really it was a bold aspiration by this developer who started out with just camelPhat dinky little vst;

the CD is needed for authorisation.
do not rename the files before authorisation or updating process.
the OD plug-in is incompatible with Cubase.
cant wait to check these out.
i kijnd of have a good feeling about these. . not sure why
but thanks to those responsible for sharing

I got a free Virus PowerCore with my PowerCore PCI / Compact, and I need to enter my Virus PowerCore activation code in order to receive the free download. How do I find this code.
As part of this bundle, you should also have received a voucher a piece of paper which has a 16 digit code that looks like this:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Go to the webaddress listed on the voucher and enter this code in order to be able to download your free Virus PowerCore.
